1. In a

grease if needed, add 1 tbs. salt, and ½ tsp. pepper, or to
taste.

2. Add; (5)
14.5 oz. cans of Hunts Stewed Tomatoes, mix together with large spoon.

3. Place; (9)
whole medium to large Bay Leaves, evenly around center and ends of Hunts Stewed
Tomatoes and Lean Ground Beef, let simmer.

5. Slice
potatoes, about 1/2 in. In width, then layer potatoes on top evenly, to cover
Hamburger Casserole. Add ½ tsp. Salt and ¼ tsp. pepper or to taste.

6. Add; small
amount of water as needed, to cover potatoes, cook slow on low to medium heat
to simmer,  press gently on potatoes to
keep them covered, let simmer and stir if needed.

7. Cover pan
or pot, (leave small air vent) cook for approximately 1 ½ hours, or until
potatoes are done. Left overs are even better, the next day.

* As you serve count, watch and remove all Bay Leaves
and discard*

Serve
Hamburger Casserole; with bread of your choice. I recommend serving it with,
Fresh Italian Bread. Break off a large piece of hot fresh bread to soak up
juice and Enjoy!
